Job summary

The Excel Center at Noblesville, operated by Goodwill Education Initiatives, seeks a Lead Instructor to guide instructional delivery and staff development. The role supports high school students and adults toward graduation and postsecondary goals, with a focus on data, evaluation, and collaboration.

Work hours run 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday with Friday as a prep/dedicated planning day. Bachelor’s in subject area and Indiana teaching cert are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in subject specialty and Indiana Teaching Certification.
• Experience designing curricula and assessments.
• Ability to supervise and develop instructional staff.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements curricula and assessments meeting standards.
• Oversees state/federal testing procedures and communications.
• Provides instructional guidance and coaching to teachers and staff.
• Monitors student data to guide goals and interventions.
• Collaborates with admin teams to support graduation and enrollment goals.
