Job summary

Correlation One seeks Lead Instructors to deliver live, virtual data annotation training for a global cohort. You will teach core curriculum, guide learners, and help them prepare for remote AI data roles while collaborating with a distributed team.

Applicants should have 5+ years in data annotation or ML operations, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication in English and Somali; prior teaching preferred; remote teaching tools and Zoom proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data annotation, data labeling, AI training data, data quality or ML operations with team lead, reviewer or QA responsibility.
• Degree in computer science, information systems, linguistics or data science, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual lectures and hands-on demonstrations for the Data Annotation track.
• Communicate clearly with learners in English and Somali.
• Guide learners through real annotation tasks, ensure quality checks and feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and Teaching Assistants to improve the curriculum.
