Andersen Corporation is seeking an Install Lead I to oversee the installation of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. You will provide a configurable homeowner experience, mentor junior installers and ensure first-time, high-quality installations.

Role emphasizes strong teamwork, safety adherence, and advanced carpentry. Valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with ongoing safety training and on-site work in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Must meet primary responsibilities from each level.
• Strong ability to multitask and collaborate with others.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures.
• Advanced bending and application of standard aluminum applications.
• Advanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim).
• Ability to install product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction).
• Advanced assessment and problem-solving ability.
• Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work.
