Conditioned Air Company of Naples, LLC in the United States is seeking an HVAC Residential Lead Installer to join our growing team. You will lead residential installation projects, handle replacements, perform ductwork, and ensure high-quality start-ups and commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in HVAC installations, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service. We offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive team environment.

If You Are/Have:

• 3+ years of experience installing replacements systems and ductwork
• Piecework Pay – steady work $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
• Company vehicle and uniforms!
• Detail oriented, skilled with overall HVAC residential installs, start-ups, ductwork, and take pride in quality installs and accuracy as a signature of your work.
• Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers.
• Good driver and have clean driving record to be insurable with our auto carrier insurance.
• Possess a high level of communication skills when working with other team members, departments, and our valued customers.
