Job summary

A leading HVAC service provider in Venice, Florida is seeking HVAC Residential Lead Installers to join their growing team. This role offers competitive pay between $120,000 to $160,000 annually and includes benefits such as paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC installations, possess good communication skills, and take pride in their workmanship. A company vehicle and uniforms are provided.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience installing replacement systems and ductwork
• Piecework Pay – steady work $140,000 to $160,000 per year
• Company vehicle and uniforms
• Detail oriented, skilled with overall HVAC residential installs, start‑ups, duct work, and take pride in quality installs and accuracy as a signature of your work
• Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co‑workers
• Good driver and have clean driving record to be insurable with our auto carrier insurance
• Possess a high level of communication skills when working with other team members, departments, and our valued customers
