Conditioned Air Company of Naples, LLC is seeking an HVAC Residential Lead Installer in Fort Myers, FL. The role focuses on lead installations, replacements, and ductwork, with emphasis on quality and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and teammates. Company vehicle and uniforms are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

If You Are/Have:

• 3+ years of experience installing replacements systems and ductwork
• Piecework Pay – steady work $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
• Company vehicle and uniforms!
• Detail oriented, skilled with overall HVAC residential installs, start-ups, ductwork, and take pride in quality installs and accuracy as a signature of your work.
• Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers.
• Good driver and have clean driving record to be insurable with our auto carrier insurance.
• Possess a high level of communication skills when working with other team members, departments, and our valued customers.
