Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience, residential windows and doors preferred.
• Ability to coach and supervise a small crew on job sites.
• Ability to read job documents and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on residential door and window installations.
• Train, coach, and supervise junior field staff.
• Perform precise installations with emphasis on quality and finish.
• Review job packets to ensure materials and tasks are correct.
• Complete daily paperwork with customer signatures and measurements.
