Job summary

HouseSmart Construction is seeking an Installer IV to join our on-site team and own the setup process for the build of single and multi-section homes.

You will collaborate with the Crew Chief, operate heavy equipment, and contribute to training and quality checks. A strong hands-on background in construction, comfort with heights, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial construction experience.
• Expertise in masonry, roofing, etc., with willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and safety-conscious attitudes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all setup tasks for single and multi-section homes.
• Lead and train others as needed, under Crew Chief supervision.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and coordinate with team to keep projects on track.
• Support quality checks and problem-solve on-site.
