Job summary

HouseSmart Construction is seeking an Installer II to join our on-site team in Frankfort, NY. You will work with the Crew Chief to rapidly own construction tasks, learn to level and bolt floors and walls, install vapor barriers, perform basic masonry, and assist with electrical/plumbing crossovers.

You should enjoy hands-on, outdoor work, have general construction experience, and be comfortable with heights. Training and growth opportunities are provided, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• General construction experience.
• Hands-on work outdoors and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with heights and using ladders.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install vapor barriers and learn leveling, bolting, and anchoring floors/walls.
• Perform basic masonry and assist with electrical/plumbing crossovers.
• Assist bonding wires and repair bottom boards.
• Support Crew Chief and new team members to develop skills safely.
