Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years in Installer Foreman/Lead Installer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on troweling experience in construction/surfacing.
• Proficiency with GoCanvas and CompanyCam.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a crew of 3 installers.
• Lead daily job site activities: material offloading, staging, and site prep.
• Perform and oversee surfacing installations from start to finish.
• Read and interpret construction plans, take measurements, and layout surfacing designs.
• Conduct site checks to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Management to meet timelines and expectations.
