Job summary

Replay Surfacing is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to manage traveling installation teams in a fast-paced environment. This working leadership role requires building long-term crew cohesion and delivering high-quality rubber safety surfacing installations across projects nationwide.

Ideal backgrounds include crew leadership in concrete, coatings, or hardscaping, with proven supervisory experience and a clean driver’s license.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience directing field crews in demanding construction environments.
Willingness and ability to travel consistently across the Southeast and beyond.
Proven trade experience in coatings, concrete finishing, paving, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

Direct, motivate, and manage a 3–5 person installation crew on high-intensity field projects.
Lead hands-on installation tasks (mixing, spreading, grading) with strict quality and safety standards.
Oversee on-site installation work and coordinate crew activities with project plans.
Coordinate crew travel logistics, company vehicles, lodging, and conduct while on assignment.
Interpret project plans, manage on-site inventory/materials, and ensure timely, quality completions.
Serve as field liaison between crew, project managers, and clients with daily reporting.
