Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
- Freon certifications.
- Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration and gas piping.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking.
- Strong customer service and interaction skills on jobsites.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Good verbal and written communications.
- Supervisory/mentoring experience is a plus.
- Commercial installation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- May cut, build and install ductwork and/or furnaces as needed.
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Guide and assist with installation oversight on assigned team(s).
- Mentor and train entry-level Install Helpers.
