CarolinaComfortHeating&Air in North Wilkesboro, NC, is seeking a full-time HVAC Install Lead with 3+ years of successful experience to service North Wilkesboro and surrounding areas. We are a professional, customer-service-driven HVAC company looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system start-up, and operating procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills on jobsites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous supervisory/management/mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Cut, build, and install ductwork and/or furnaces as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s).
• Assist with mentoring and training entry-level installers.
