• Utilize CRM to review schedules and document work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Provide professional communication and a 5-star customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to complete projects efficiently.

Position Summary

As an Installer for Ultimate Granite & Stone Surfaces, you will install luxury stone countertops and custom stonework for residential and commercial clients throughout the Pittsburgh region. You will work with a team to safely transport, set, and finish stone products while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for both Lead Installers and Install Helpers. Anyone from the stone industry, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, remodeling, millwork, commercial construction, or another skilled trade is encouraged to apply. No prior stone experience necessary - we will train you!

What You'll Do

Install granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and other custom stone surfaces.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and installation specifications.
Safely lift, carry, and set completed countertops and stone components.
Use hand tools, grinders, polishers, and installation equipment.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and develop field solutions.
Utilize our CRM system to review schedules and document completed work.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide professional communication and a 5-star customer experience.
Work collaboratively with teammates to complete projects efficiently and correctly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. (required.)
Experience in stone installation, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, remodeling, millwork, or a related skilled trade preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. (required.)
