Garden State Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Installer to head regional residential and commercial HVAC system installations in facilities across Freehold, NJ. The role blends field leadership with hands-on workmanship, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring top-quality outcomes.

You will supervise crews, coordinate logistics, and troubleshoot on-site challenges while maintaining safety and code compliance. Eligible candidates have EPA certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC installation experience in the field.
• Proven experience leading installation crews or managing mechanical teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and code requirements.
• Proficient troubleshooting, problem-solving, and field documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and EPA Certification.

You will serve as a premier field leader driving the successful execution of critical HVAC mechanical solutions. This role allows you to lead installation crews and mentor apprentices while ensuring high-quality workmanship. You will have the autonomy to manage on-site logistics for an industry leader with over 70 years of success.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Active NATE Certification or equivalent industry technical credentials.
• Demonstrated experience with specialized ductwork fabrication and precision installation.
• Advanced expertise with split systems, rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini splits.
• Bilingual communication skills to support diverse team dynamics and customer relations.
