Job summary

Garden State Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Installer to supervise regional residential and commercial HVAC system installations in Freehold, NJ. You will lead on-site crews, mentor apprentices, and supervise logistics to ensure high-quality workmanship.

The role offers an hourly rate of $35–$50 with a performance-based bonus, comprehensive benefits, a company truck, and ongoing training. Candidates should have EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least five years of field

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installation crews or mechanical teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and codes.
• EPA Certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Coordinate on-site logistics, tools, and materials.
• Troubleshoot on-site installation issues safely.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety procedures.
