Job summary

Closets by Design Connecticut West is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the installation team, schedule projects, and ensure superior customer service across all stages of the process.

You will coordinate installers and helpers, manage timelines, and collaborate with sales, production, and logistics to maximize efficiency and revenue. Strong communication and hands-on supervision are essential for success.

Qualifications

• The ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
• Knowledge of Custom Closet fabrication, construction, or woodworking.
• Verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text professionally and efficiently.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven outstanding customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast, high-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• The Installation and Service Manager works closely with the Installation team to ensure the brand is represented appropriately across all platforms.
• Responsibilities include managing and leading Installers and Installer assistants (helpers).
• Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish.
• Place high emphasis on customer service and accounts receivable; coordinate with Installation, Production, and Sales departments.
• Engage in daily meetings with the Installation Team to discuss training, services, safety, etc.
• Schedule installation dates for newly sold contracts and allocate personnel to minimize labor costs and maximize revenue.
