Job summary

Closets By Design is seeking an Installation Manager in Bethel, CT. The role leads Installers and assistants, schedules each project from start to finish, and emphasizes customer service and accounts receivable management.

A strong background in fabrication or woodworking and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating installation projects.
• Knowledge of furniture fabrication, construction, or woodworking.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead installation and service projects from start to finish.
• Schedule installations and assign appropriate personnel to jobs.
• Maintain customer service focus and manage accounts receivable processes.
• Collaborate with Installation, Production, and Sales teams to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after installation.
• Engage in daily meetings with the Installation Team to discuss training and safety.
• Review and monitor van safety and post-install folders to remedy incomplete services.
• Handle scheduling of installations and adjust for cancellations or reschedules.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics.
