Job summary

System Integrations is seeking experienced Lead installation technicians in the Nashville area to guide small teams in installing low voltage cabling, security devices, and related equipment in new and existing construction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership in installation, cabling, and electrical work, with ability to train others and document progress. The role emphasizes safe operations and on-site coordination with project managers.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience leading installation teams.
• Experience installing low voltage cabling and security devices.
• Ability to lead 1–2 technicians to meet high quality standards.
• Able to test and document installations using testers and monitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two installation technicians to meet high quality standards of installation.
• Install cabling, security devices, and low voltage equipment in existing and new construction.
• Commission, test, and document installations using cable testers, video monitors, and remote support.
• Assist in on-site tracking of materials used on the job site.
• Report time and progress to leadership using computer or phone applications.
• Assist in on the Job training for installation technicians.
