KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team. You will lead, coach, and mentor teachers; implement our curriculum; create a safe, nurturing environment; and partner with parents to support children's development.

You should have a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, state trainer preferred, 2–3 years ECE, a Bachelor's in ECE preferred, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications to teach.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement curriculum per child’s needs and consistency.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center success: enrollment, accreditation, engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families and community partners.
