Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor fellow educators, implement our curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom. You will engage with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education and support center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

Candidates should have strong customer service, 2–3 years ECE experience, CDA/NAEYC progress, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid, with a focus on English communication and physical readiness for

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors; communicate in English with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
