Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in scrap metal or related industry preferred.
• 2+ years of team lead experience in industrial settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of daily operational plans.
• Supervise yard operations including loading, sorting, and processing.
• Identify and grade inbound materials, entering information into the database.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Ability to work outdoors in all weather

Working knowledge of ferrous and nonferrous materials

Education

High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred
