Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, International Relations, Government, Economics, Security Studies, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years of professional experience in writing and editing data- or research-driven content
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, structure, and style
• Demonstrated experience editing others' work for clarity, narrative coherence, and tone
• Strong research and fact-checking skills; comfortable with quantitative and qualitative sources
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence product development: scope, edit, and distribute products; own the editorial process end-to-end.
• Write, edit, and de-risk content for clarity, structure, and impact; verify data and references.
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to identify impactful stories from data and investigations.
• Operate and improve the production engine: manage plans, milestones, and blockers; maintain a scalable filing system.
