Job summary

TRM Labs seeks an Insights Editor to scale its blockchain intelligence content engine. You will lead the creation of data-driven reports, briefs, and blogs, partnering with analysts, policy experts, and GTM stakeholders to produce high-impact, accurate narratives for law enforcement, financial institutions, and the public.

You will translate complex analyses into clear stories, oversee end-to-end editorial processes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research while upholding TRM's risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, International Relations, Government, Economics, Security Studies, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional writing/editing data- or research-driven content.
• Exceptional command of English grammar, structure, and style.
• Experience editing others' work for clarity and tone.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills with quantitative and qualitative sources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence product development from concept to publication.
• Write, edit, and de-risk content ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Partner with analysts, data teams, and stakeholders to surface impactful narratives.
• Manage editorial workflow, approvals, and end-to-end production.
