Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician III to lead in distributing medications and manage a specialized area within the pharmacy. The role involves independent work, supervising duties and cross-training new hires to ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with standards.

You will support clinical pharmacists with medication reconciliation, formulary research, and collaboration with care teams, while participating in education for residents and students and handling

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in pharmacy settings preferred.
• TX Board of Pharmacy credentials (PHT) or Pharmacy Intern (RPH-INT) eligibility required or pursued.

• Lead pharmacy technician duties and train new hires.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, auditing, compounding, and billing processes.
• Support pharmacists with medication reconciliation and formulary research.
• Participate in education for residents and students.
