Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drug interactions and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient pharmaceutical care meets safety and service standards.
• Prepare and dispense medications, including IV admixtures as required.
• Educate patients and staff about medications and adverse effects.
• Review orders for accuracy and monitor for interactions.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to optimize therapy.
