Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license through the TX Board of Pharmacy.
• 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Inpatient hospital experience preferred and IV certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities to ensure efficient Pharmacy operations.
• Reinforces and monitors performance expectations.
• Ensures services are timely, accurate, effective, and cost-efficient.
• Develops cooperative working relationships with Pharmacists, Nurses and other Medical staff.
• Initiates medication error reports as necessary and follows up promptly.
