Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field required.
• Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• MA professional licensure not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and plans groups according to patient needs and runs groups.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic setting in groups and documents in EMR.
• Collaborates with unit managers and treatment team to optimize care delivery.
