Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Lead Injury Prevention Coordinator for the East Liberty, OH client site. You will oversee the injury prevention program, lead the work-conditioning and early intervention initiatives, and supervise a team dedicated to keeping workers safe in a manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with clients to set goals, develop interventions, and monitor metrics while delivering education and training on injury prevention, ergonomics, and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or PTA/OTA license.
• 3+ years’ experience in health and fitness.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/staff management experience.
• Experience in industrial occupational health environment.
• Current Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications with in-person component.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward goals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee injury prevention team and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement work conditioning and early intervention programs in manufacturing environments.
• Conduct employee injury prevention programs and training.
• Develop exercise programs for injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collect and report program data for ROI analysis.
• Promote wellness and education programs to target population.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet objectives.
