JW Speaker in Wisconsin is seeking a mold technician to lead daily execution, start-up tools, and run parts to standard according to PCS and MFG Floor Docs. You will flex to setups by priority, configuring metalizers and laser cutters, and promptly address process issues.

In addition, you will train C Techs, assist in developing mold secondary processes, perform 5s in the molding area, and audit quality standards to drive improvements and cost reductions.

Formación

• 3 years in a mold technician role.
• Proven technical and problem solving skills.
• Pass C and B Tech verification process.

Responsabilidades

• Start-up existing tools and produce good parts at standard per the PCS and MFG Floor Doc.
• Flex to Setup based on priority (High-Low), setting up metalizers and laser cutters.
• Troubleshoot existing processes.
• Follow standards as assigned.
• Train and mentor C Techs and aid in creation of Mold secondary processes.
• Audit quality standards on existing runs.
