Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an injection molding position.
• Strong mold setup and process optimization experience.
• Experience with medical-grade resins.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and computers.
• Experience with Engel or Sodick molding machines preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make mold changes, setup, and start-up for a wide range of resins on injection mold machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes.
• Operate automation systems (sprue picker, Robot, Vision).
• Collaborate with process engineering/tests and DOE initiatives.
• Load programs and set process parameters; monitor safety devices.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and safe work practices.
