Job summary

Atkore in Dallas, TX, seeks a Production Shift Supervisor for PVC Injection Molded products. You will lead a lean-driven team, supervise molding operations, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

This role reports to the Production Manager and requires hands-on experience in mold setup and process optimization. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a background in Lean tools and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing production.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Injection molding experience including setup and parameter adjustments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Lean/continuous improvement background (GEMBA, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead with Lean Daily Management to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Supervise injection molding operations, including machine setup and startup.
• Monitor cycle times, material usage, and machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance for mold changes and preventive maintenance.
• Coach team through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely production.
• Manage vacations and overtime.
