Qualifications

5+ years of Injection Molding processing experience.
Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment and control systems.
Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision skills.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setting.
Nice-to-have: Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of injection molding processes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Position, align, and secure molds in injection molding machines.
Monitor process metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues promptly.
Collaborate with Eng and Prod teams to optimize parameters and workflows.
Train and mentor junior technicians on procedures and safety.
Document process changes, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Conduct regular safety audits and promote safety culture.
Contribute to SOPs and work instructions development.
