Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC seeks a Process Engineer to lead injection molding programs across multiple facilities, traveling about 60% to support launches, troubleshooting, and improvements, with roughly 30% based at the Fraser site. The role owns molding processes, drives cycle time and scrap reductions, and supervises Process Technicians.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years’ experience in troubleshooting injection molding equipment, plus strong mold design knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of troubleshooting injection molding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of injection mold design and related equipment.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor molding processes and optimize manufacturing performance.
• Own the molding process for all operations.
• Support new program launches and process evaluations.
• Respond to quality issues and operator concerns.
• Define specs for new or improved equipment; coordinate with vendors.
• Lead Kaizen, RIE, and CI projects to improve metrics.
• Manage change control and ensure compliance.
