Job summary

Revere-Plastics-Systems in Fraser, MI seeks a technical leader to drive injection molding process engineering across multiple facilities. The role involves 60% travel to support launches, troubleshooting, and improvements, with ~30% based at the Fraser site.

You will own molding processes, target cycle time, scrap reduction, and quality while developing standardized procedures and mentoring Process Technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3–5 years troubleshooting injection molding equipment preferred
• Knowledge of mold design and related equipment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own molding processes across facilities and drive cycle time, scrap, and quality improvements
• Travel ~60% to support launches, troubleshooting and ops
• Support new program launches and standardized processes
• Supervise Process Technicians; train operators and maintenance
• Define specs for new/improved equipment; collaborate with designers and vendors
• Lead strategic projects using Kaizen, RIE, CI methods
