Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of troubleshooting injection molding equipment.
• Good knowledge of injection mold design and related equipment.
• Strong team player with organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor molding machines and optimize the manufacturing process.
• Own the process for all molding and related operations.
• Support program managers for new product launches and process evaluations.
• Respond to quality and operator issues related to parts and processes.
• Assist in training Process Techs, Operators, and Maintenance staff.
• Supervise Process Techs and drive improvements.
• Define specs for new or improved equipment and participate in design.
• Lead strategic projects using Kaizen, RIE, and CI to improve metrics.
