Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a Jr. Buyer to support procurement of direct materials, chemicals, and packaging across our fast-paced manufacturing network in Stamford, CT.

You will manage purchase orders in AX, coordinate with suppliers, forecast demand, and analyze spend to ensure continuity of supply and optimal costs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience purchasing direct materials (chemicals, raw materials, packaging) preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze forecasts and inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage purchasing of minor ingredients and packaging per strategy.
• Forecasting & Planning: Develop and maintain forecasts for key suppliers and locations.
• Purchase Orders: Create and manage POs in AX for packaging, chemicals, and raw materials.
• Vendor coordination: Coordinate material setup, item master changes, and supplier communications.
• Inventory analysis: Reconcile inventories of raw materials, chemicals, and packaging to support planning.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly forecasts and reports to support decision-making.
