Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Home Infusion RN experience.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Home Infusion RN, mentor nursing team and audit documentation for excellence and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and interviews for new hires.
• Serve as an extension of the Director of Clinical Services and ensure patient safety and quality.
