# Lead Infusion RNSeattle, WashingtonPosted February 19, 2026Magenta Care is seeking a highly skilled and confident Lead Infusion RN in Seattle, Washington to provide exceptional home infusion therapy while serving as a clinical leader and mentor to our nursing team. This role requires strong IV placement skills, including experience with difficult sticks, peripheral IVs, PICCs, ports, and central lines, as well as the ability to independently troubleshoot infusion complications. As a Lead RN, you will support and train nurses, audit documentation for excellence and compliance, assist with onboarding and interviews, and serve as an extension of the Director of Clinical Services. We highly prioritize nurses who hold CRNI and/or IG certifications, offering a +$4/hour premium for CRNI or IG certification and +$10/hour for nurses who hold both certifications, in addition to the Lead RN base rate for Washington.
