Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud and on-premise data security controls.
• Experience analyzing events/triggers and correlating data to assess data security concerns.
• Basic understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance concepts.
• Familiarity with DLP, SIEM, CASB, or DSPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage information security alerts to determine potential risk to the organization.
• Analyze user activity, system events, and security telemetry to assess suspicious activity.
• Correlate alerts across multiple security tools to validate findings.
• Document analysis results and maintain clear records.
• Escalate high-risk findings to security or incident response teams.
• Collaborate with security engineering and stakeholders to gather context.
• Track outcomes and support remediation actions as needed.
• Identify recurring alert patterns indicating control gaps or emerging risks.
• Refine triage procedures and playbooks for better handling of alerts.
• Contribute to reporting on alert volume, outcomes, and trends.
• Stay informed on emerging threats impacting the organization.
