The successful candidate will oversee federal/state funding programs, municipal finance initiatives, and mentorship of staff, driving strategic funding opportunities for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, environmental engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant infrastructure financing experience.
• Experience with federal and state funding programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and development of implementation plans for clients to improve operations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive planning that links goals to outcomes.
• Identify risks and ensure governance and policy development.
• Advance funding opportunities through federal/state programs and municipal finance initiatives.
• Oversee infrastructure financing efforts, especially municipal utility finance.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
