Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Director, Infrastructure Funding to lead funding programs for large capital projects across North America. You will work with minimal supervision to secure grants and external funding, shaping strategies based on project scope.

The role requires deep knowledge of federal and state funding sources, municipal finance principles, and strong leadership to mentor the funding team and advance programs with limited oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 15 years in Strategic Funding or related field.
• Experience leading funding programs for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal funding programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the funding process for applications and documentation to secure funding.
• Oversee funding team and coordinate with agencies.
