Job summary

Webcor is seeking an Estimator, Infrastructure in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco, San Jose, Alameda) to prepare detailed cost estimates for proposed infrastructure and heavy civil projects, including both negotiated and bid work. You will perform quantity take-offs, assemble bid packages, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Preconstruction team.

• Reviews plans and specs to determine scope and costs.
• Performs quantity take-offs and applies unit costs.
• Assembles complete bid packages and coordinates bid docs.
• Liaises with architects, owners, subcontractors and suppliers.
