Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the CTO/IAM to drive infrastructure excellence and shape future technology across the organization. You will apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes while evolving cross-functional capabilities.

You will lead projects, implement AI-assisted practices, monitor capacity and reliability, and ensure security and auditability across cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and/or Docker.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope.
• Uses AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design validation.
• Drives a workstream across infrastructure technologies to modernize systems.
• Defines and maintains monitoring and reliability targets for owned systems.
• Monitors capacity, performance, and utilization to prevent impact on availability.
• Participates in incident response and blameless post-mortems.
