The Lead Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency. This role involves maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will also support infrastructure projects, collaborate with other IT teams, and provide guidance to junior team members.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
