Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives across the United States. We are currently seeking a Lead Infrastructure and Middleware Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the DAI technical infrastructure and architecture, ensuring it meets application requirements.
- Provide support for critical technical issues and ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Enhance and execute plans related to platform performance, security, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
- Perform hardware sizing, system tuning, and upgrade assessments to advise on the technical architecture baseline.
- Collaborate with experts to ensure system performance and coordinate with Oracle support to resolve issues.
- Generate technical reports and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a strategic Oracle EBS roadmap.
- Integrate new technologies to optimize system design.
- Oversee the application of DoD STIGs and IA policies across systems.
- Manage deployment and maintenance of web-based applications on Windows and Linux/UNIX platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, risk assessments, and configuration baselines.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and availability, including disaster recovery planning.
- Administer and troubleshoot Oracle EBS Financial ERP, Oracle Database, SOA, SSO/OAM, OBIEE, Hyperion, EDQ, UPK, and Oracle Governance tools.
- Implement Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Golden Gate, and performance tuning within Oracle EBS environments.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government TOP SECRET Clearance (U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- 10+ years supporting Oracle database and middleware environments.
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture, Data Integrator, Data Quality, and middleware platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
