Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Strong RMF knowledge and security governance principles.
• Linux/Unix admin knowledge.
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• DISA STIG requirements across environments.
• Scripting/automation (Bash, Python, Go, Rust).
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM/IAT Level III certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF activities across the system lifecycle and maintain required security documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and support all ATO processes.
• Conduct security impact analyses for changes to systems, infrastructure, and applications.
• Manage RMF packages in enterprise GRC platforms and drive POA&M closure.
• Track and report on security control performance, coordinate remediation with technical teams, and support audits through clear cybersecurity metrics.
• Experience with ATO assessment, compliance, cloud and networks infrastructure security.
