Job summary

Veilant is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead RMF accreditation end to end for in-scope systems and to serve as the trusted bridge between our Information Security Program and government partners. You will author SSPs, build ATO packages, and walk auditors through reviews while ensuring continuous monitoring remains active and defensible.

You will drive regulatory understanding, map security requirements to system architecture, and advise mission teams during design

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and current clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in cybersecurity, information assurance, risk management, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF accreditation end to end for in-scope systems.
• Maintain System Security Plans, policies, and procedures; build ATO packages.
• Advise mission teams on security requirements early in design and map to authorization processes.
• Serve as security advisor between the Information Security Program and government mission partners.
• Drive remediation and track continuous monitoring to keep ATO current.
