Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in security or related field
• Knowledge of RMF and security governance principles
• Experience with Linux/Unix OS and containerized environments
• DISA STIG requirements application across traditional, cloud, and containerized environments
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM/IAT Level III certification(s)

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF activities across the system lifecycle and manage security documentation
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and support ATO processes
• Conduct security impact analyses for changes to system, infrastructure, and applications
• Manage RMF packages in enterprise GRC platforms and drive POA&M closure
• Track and report security control performance and coordinate remediation with technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity across IT infrastructure
