Job summary

Prudential Ins Co of America is seeking a Lead, Information Security Library & Standards to build and govern a scalable control library, mature security standards, and governance processes across the enterprise. The role reports to the Director of Information Security Governance and collaborates with risk management and security leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Experience building or maintaining security governance, control frameworks, compliance programs, or risk management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, NYDFS, SOC, or related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of Prudential's Information Security control library with alignment to enterprise risk and compliance.
• Define control taxonomy, ownership models, framework mappings, and governance standards.
• Establish traceability across standards, controls, regulatory requirements, risks, tests, evidence, and reporting.
• Partner with security domain leaders across IAM, ASM, CDR, cloud security, data protection, vulnerability management, and other security controls.
